Honeywell Productivity Hub
The unified front door across Workers, Assets, and Operations — a consolidation of Workforce Intelligence, Guided Work, and other products into one role-aware platform experience.
Enterprise PlatformsPlatform ConsolidationUX Strategy

Overview
The Productivity Hub is the unified front door across Workers, Assets, and Operations. It consolidates previously separate products — including Workforce Intelligence, Guided Work, and others — into a single, role-aware platform experience with shared navigation, configuration, data integration, and governed analytics.
The Challenge
Honeywell's connected worker portfolio had grown into a set of powerful but fragmented applications. Workforce Intelligence, Guided Work, and other tools each solved real problems, but customers experienced them as separate products with inconsistent navigation, duplicated configuration, and disconnected data. Supervisors toggled between applications to assign tasks, monitor progress, and communicate — leading to context switching, missed signals, and inefficient workflows.
My Role
I served as Product Manager, leading the strategy to consolidate fragmented applications and workflows into a more unified platform experience across Honeywell industries. I defined the platform vision, aligned stakeholders across business units, and drove the roadmap for shared platform services.
Approach
I mapped how customers actually moved between Workforce Intelligence, Guided Work, and other tools, identifying the seams where navigation, configuration, and data diverged. I then defined a role-based information architecture and a set of shared platform services — navigation, configuration, data integration, KPI logic, and governed analytics — so each product could plug into a common foundation rather than reinventing it.
What I Delivered
- A unified front door across Workers, Assets, and Operations with a role-aware home experience
- Shared platform services: common navigation, configuration, data integration, and governed analytics
- Consolidated task assignment, monitoring, and insights drawn from the underlying products
- A modular architecture that let existing products and new capabilities plug into a shared foundation
Outcome
The Hub became the unified entry point for the connected worker portfolio, reducing fragmentation across previously separate products and giving customers one consistent experience. Consolidating onto shared services also lowered duplicated effort across product teams and created a foundation for consistent operational reporting.
Key Learnings
- Consolidating products is more about governance than UI. Shared services and common data models were what actually unified the experience.
- Platform products require more alignment than feature products. Investing early in stakeholder buy-in across business units saved significant rework later.
- A unified front door is only credible if the underlying data is consistent — governed KPI logic was the unlock for a coherent experience.
